Replacing the ink in the HP OfficeJet 6500 E709
Open the access cover once the device is turned on. Once the old ink cartridge has been removed, take the new ink cartridge out of its packaging and twist the orange cap to remove it. The ink cartridge slides into the right spot when inserted and is fixed in the holder. The new ink cartridge can now be used.
