Replacing the ink in the HP OfficeJet Pro 8500a Plus A910g
There is a separate ink compartment located on the front side of the printer. Once it has been opened, the desired ink cartridge can be removed by lightly pulling on it and replaced with a new one. The jets on the cartridge must point toward the device. Warning: Replacement cartridges should only be used if their part number corresponds with the number shown on the original packaging.
