The HP ColorLaserJet CP2025 produces both black & white and colour documents with a resolution of up to 600 dpi and can reach a maximum printing speed of 20 pages per minute. The device can be easily connected to a computer using the USB-2.0 port. The device only requires 18 seconds to fully switch between energy-saving mode and operational mode. The device has a 540 MHz Motorola processor with a 128 Megabyte RAM. The LaserJet can accommodate up to 300 sheets in its paper storage tray and its recommended monthly print volume ranges from 750 – 2000 pages. This compact laser printer measures 45.4 x 32.2 x 40.5 cm (L x H x W) and weighs 22.7 kilograms. While in use, the HP ColorLaserJet CP2025 uses 445 Watts; while the stand-by-mode requires only 6.7 Watts. The printer can be operated using a convenient LCD display screen. The device is compatible with Windows XP (or higher) and also Mac OS X 10.3 (or higher). A CD with the necessary drivers is included.

Changing the toner of the HP ColorLaserJet CP2025

After opening the front panel of the device, the cartridge storage unit can be removed and empty cartridges can be replaced. After removing the new cartridges from their packaging, remove the protective cover from the underside of the cartridge. Pull the tab on the left side of the cartridge to remove the plastic film, click the new cartridge into place and close the front panel.
