Changing the toner cartridge in the Brother DCP-7055
When the message “REPLACE TONER” appears, it means the toner needs to be changed. In order to do this, the Brother DCP-7055 must be turned on. Simply open the front panel and remove the drum unit, which includes the toner cartridges. Then the cartridges can be released and removed from the drum unit. Subsequently, the new toner cartridges will be rotated in order to ensure even toner distribution. Finally, the new cartridges and drum unit can be placed back in the device and clicked into place. Then just close the front panel and the process is complete.
