The Brother HL-2250DN is capable of printing with a maximum resolution of 2,400 x 600. The device measures 183 x 360 x 368 millimetres and weighs 7 kilograms. After only 8.5 seconds the printer can come out of stand-by mode and begin printing. The device also has a 32 MB RAM, and the paper feeding tray holds up to 250 sheets. A manual paper feed button is also integrated in the printer itself. Thanks to its duplex capability, two-sided printing is no problem. Additionally, the printer has a special brochure function. Thanks to its USB 10 and LAN 100 MB connections, the printer is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Changing the toner in the Brother HL-2250 DN

When the LED “Toner” is illuminated on the Brother HL-2250 DN, it means that the toner cartridge needs to be changed. It is important to remember that the device needs to be turned off first. Then the front panel can be opened and the drum unit where the toner cartridge is stored can be removed. Before inserting the new cartridge, the cartridge should be lightly shaken in order to evenly distribute the toner. Then simply remove the protective packaging, insert the new cartridge in the drum unit and place it back in the Brother HL-2250 DN. Finally, close the front panel to complete the process.
