The HP DeskJet F2480 measures 29.1 x 16.2 x 43.8 cm (L x H x W), making it a space saving multifunction device that will win users over with its compact size and high performance level. The device can be easily connected to a computer using the integrated USB 2.0 port. The printer supports ink jet, high gloss and photo paper in both A4 and A5 formats. US-Letter, Legal and Executive paper formats are also supported, in addition to various envelope and adhesive sticker formats. All standard photo formats are also supported. The device houses two separate ink cartridges (black and colour), which can be replaced individually. This device also offers an ink saving option, which only uses one of the cartridges, should the other one be empty. In this case, the device must be connected to a computer. The printer produces up to 20 pages per minute in black & white and 16 pages per minute in colour. The scanner offers a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 2,400 dpi for both photos and documents in digital form. The maximum dimension for scanned documents is 216 x 297 mm.

Changing the ink cartridges of the HP DeskJet F2480

One can easily access the print cartridges by opening the paper output tray. After opening, the cartridges will automatically move to a central position to enable easy access. A quick click on the empty cartridges will release them and allow you to click new ones in to place. Simply close the front panel and the device is fully functional again.
